• Planning
All commercial Solar PV systems require planning consent of some form, Full planning, Certificate of Lawful Development or Prior Approval.

• DNO Approval
Prior to any connection of a commercial Solar PV system, approval must be obtained from the relevant Electricity Supplier or Distribution Network Operator (DNO)

• Structural Integrity
All structures supporting a Solar PV system must be checked for their structural capability to support the materials and equipment.

These 3 requirements must be satisfied prior to the installation of any Commercial Solar PV system and have statutory return times of a minimum of 8 to 12 weeks.
